Retired MMA great, Fedor Emelianenko, could be returning to combat sports with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, according to Conor McGregor.
McGregor, who is a part owner of BKFC, said: "Stay tuned, we might have an announcement with Fedor Emelianenko. Hey, Fedor. We're waiting. Some news might be coming with Fedor Emelianenko. Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is signing and acquiring the best fighters of all time."
Emelianenko, 48, retired from MMA after a defeat in February 2023 for Bellator.
The Russian fighter hung up his gloves with a 40-7-1 record, and a legendary decade long undefeated streak from the end of 2000 to 2010.
Should Emelianenko signing for BKFC, he'd join a number of high profile MMA fighters to make the switch including Eddie Alvarez, Mike Perry, Jeremy Stephens, Jimmie Rivera, Paige VanZant and more.
