FBI Director Kash Patel Reportedly Wants the UFC to Help the FBI

The new FBI Director, Kash Patel, has proposed plans to enhance the FBI's physical training with the help of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.





On a teleconference call on Wednesday with the heads of the FBI's 55 field offices, sources say that Patel claimed that it would be beneficial to agents physical fitness to establish a formal relationship with the UFC.


Patel was sworn in as the new director last Friday, and this was the his first virtual meeting with each field office's.


Rich Frankel, former special agent in charge of the FBI's Newark, New Jersey office said to ABC News: "If they're trying to up their physical fitness, the UFC is very specific in their fitness"



The UFC already has a strong relationship with the new administration, which could be helpful to any future deals, as CEO Dana White is a longtime friend of president Donald Trump.





Trump was in attendance at UFC 309 in New York City, just days after his election victory, alongside billionaire Elon Musk.
